Summary
“They all watched you.” Wednesday’s eyes scanned the length of Enid’s body. “You and that awful dress.” The goth’s tone sharpened icily. It wasn’t disgust, Enid recognized, but jealousy. Enid looked down, observing her choice of attire. It was incredibly tight-fitting; it held her frame perfectly, emphasizing all the right areas. So why would Wednesday hate it so much?
“I thought you would’ve liked it,” Enid murmured, swallowing audibly. Wednesday’s eyes flitted back to meet Enid’s in an instant.
“I don’t like it,” Wednesday narrowed her eyes, “I love it.”
OR
Wednesday wants Enid for herself and proves it.
