Summary
“Please,” Pure Vanilla whispered, voice barely above breath. “Can’t I hug my husband?”
Shadow Milk’s breath caught. His shoulders went rigid again, as if the word husband had struck some hidden bell inside his chest.
“Can’t I know my husband?” Vanilla whispered, and another kiss followed, this one at the corner of Shadow Milk’s mouth. “Can’t I have the pleasure of knowing his aches? Of kissing his wounds, of learning every line of him like scripture?”
His hands—those healer’s hands—rose again, fingers brushing through raven-dark hair and then sliding down to cradle his jaw.
Shadow Milk’s eyes had squeezed shut. His breath came unsteady. His hands still clutched his robes, but the grip was looser now. Less armor, more uncertainty.
“Allow me to be selfish,” Pure Vanilla whispered against his temple. “Just this once. Allow me to hold you.”

Summary
"I won’t make a deal,” Pure Vanilla says, plain and simple. “Not unless I understand every word of it. Not unless I believe it fair. And not if the price is someone else’s pain.”
“You dare to set your terms,” The fae murmurs, his voice no longer playful. No longer velvet. It is frost now, delicate and sharp enough to flay skin. “You sit in my ring, in my garden, and you deny me?”
Pure Vanilla meets his gaze, calm and clear. “Yes.”
The fae snarls.
“I could kill you,” the fae whispers. “Slit you open like a fruit. Spill your mortal heat onto my garden and let the flowers drink your heart."
“You could,” Vanilla agrees mildly. “But I’m told human meat is stringy, and frankly, I’m not sure I’d make a good stew.” He takes another small bite of rice, chews serenely. “Besides, isn’t that just a myth? You lot eating people.”
“You’re testing me,” The fae snaps. “I should curse your tongue to rot in your mouth. I should blight your precious village until even the stones forget your names.”
“Can’t,” Vanilla says lightly, tapping the side of his riceball with one finger. “You’d need my true name. And I’m fairly certain you don’t have it.”
The fae curses.

Summary
{ Tomo/Kazuha ※ Royalty AU (noble!Tomo/bodyguard!Kazuha) }
"You know," Tomo snapped at some point, "at least my previous bodyguards talked."
He didn't picture a precise reaction he'd love to see on Kazuha's face. He was hoping for a pout, an inkling of hurt, or even sheer anger at the indirect criticism. Yet, there was no change in his expression.
"I apologize if I'm not living up to your expectations."{ At the ripe age of 24, Tomo thinks he's past the point he needs a bodyguard to follow him around. His family disagrees, and chaos ensues. }

Summary
{ Tomo/Kazuha ※ Memory loss AU }
It was unbearable. Kazuha dropped to his knees with his full weight, unable to stand up any longer. A heartbreak might have been tolerable, eventually buried by the flow of time. He could also overcome the misery of having to crawl back to Gorou empty-handed, having failed to find a single trace of him. But that? No, that was definitely impossible to handle.
{ Kazuha hears news that Tomo is alive, but upon meeting him he realizes that he forgot about him entirely, and that his Vision is still inactive. }
