Summary
The real problem, Charles knows, is that he still loves Max Verstappen. That he wants everything to do with Max, but nothing to do with racing. But Max and racing are inseparable. It's a dilemma, he supposes.
Or, it's 2037. Charles is retired and owns a bar, cut off from everyone and everything to do with racing. Max is a team principal, if you can believe it. They haven't seen each other in almost a decade, but that's about to change.

• carlos posted a picture of a glove on a ski lift with the caption “lost :)”
• THEN jannik posted the exact same glove in his pocket
• they’re doing some sort of winter meals-together-every-night thing
• they keep showing up in each other’s team photos like pokemon spawn points
• also did anyone notice their off-season training looks like they’re sharing a gym??
