Summary
She gently pushes open the omegas door, not knocking since it's already cracked. "George? Are you okay?"
The brunette is curled in a tiny ball on his bed, clearly upset and desperately trying to nest. He makes a small noise and looks up at her.
"I don't know..." He squirms, burying his face into his collection of some of everyone from the packs belongings. "Feel weird."
She carefully helps move the stuff into a circular pattern, like a proper nest, so he can relax a bit. "Weird how?"
He whimpers quietly, "Just weird..." His lip is wobbling now as he looks at her. "I... I think it's cause of that Alpha..."
She freezes.

Summary
He knows Dream is going to be really upset with him for doing it but what was he supposed to do? Let him get shot? Watch his best friend and boyfriend be potentially fatally wounded? No thank you, he'd gladly take the scolding and do it over again.
Pulling him from his thoughts, Dream enters the room with a cup of apple juice and an unreadable expression.

Summary
Clay wasn't a "cold" type of guy: he was from Florida, after all. Britain at Christmastime was the opposite of what he was used to, but it was worth the endless shivers and teeth chattering to have George next to him, wandering around what he called a Christmas Market with an adorable childlike joy.
Yeah, he thought George was adorable; so what?

Summary
The Run- a ceremony where all of age unclaimed Omegas are required, by law, to participate. Omegas will run through a forest, usually in wolf form, as Alphas chases them, looking to claim one for a mate.
If you complete the Run as an Omega by making it to the end without being claimed, you have the option to choose between a group of Elite Alphas or to not take a mate at all, going another year unclaimed.
George is well known as the Omega who had completed the Run for two years in a row. He has not chosen a mate yet.
He is who most Alphas want to claim.
Dream, an Alpha, hears of George and after seeing him before the ceremony, he piques an interest for George. He was definitely running this year.
