Summary
Life could not be better for Sword. He’s got a great caretaker, an awesome older brother, and Rocket, who he’s been best friends with since forever, and who he feels so strongly for lately that it’s bordering on odd.
The point is: Sword’s happy just being Rocket’s friend— at least… He thinks he is.
(Ft. a sheltered Sword discovers what Romantic attraction is, and fumbles through the process.)

Summary
Medkit needs a few bux under his belt, and when Sword offers him a gig as a healer in the phights in crossroads, he doesn't really blink twice before taking it.
There, he meets a wonderful assortment of colorful characters, including the biggest, buffest man he has ever seen in his life. And also the rowdiest, prettiest lady he's ever laid his eyes upon.
Unfortunately, they both want a piece of whatever Medkit has to offer.
Fortunately, Medkit's always been great at multitasking.
Oh, and that weird guy who almost ripped out his eye a few years ago is trying to get a piece of him, too. I don't think the others'll let that slide.
\\
I put Medkit in a Ban Hammer & Scythe themed love triangle polycule situationship because if I was in Medkit's situation I'd tell him to pass the controller.

Summary
Love didn’t turn them into a bumbling fool, or a romantic waxing poems, or a whirlwind of clingy affection. It was something that settled in the base of their skull, something that curled around every column of bone in their spine, and buzzed comfortably in their ribs, next to their heart, where all the other aspects of home lay.
“Somethin’ catch yer eye, sugar?” Her eyes sparkle with familiar amusement, fang glinting in the sunlight as it paints the dunes behind her in seas of gold.
Hook grins. They feel their eyes soften despite themself—they always were a sucker when it came to her, something caught in her orbit, a puff of air in the whirlwind of motion and initiative and life that is Scythe. They shrug. “Maybe.”

Summary
When Katana realizes he almost forgot Hyperlaser’s spawn day, he decides to fix it the only way he knows how—careful planning, handmade effort, and a gift chosen with quiet thoughtfulness.
Between pressed flowers, soft memories (and a certain small presence named Princess), the evening turns warm and gentle, filled with calm conversation, shared comfort, and affection that finally begins to show itself in the smallest, softest ways.
Edit: Happy Spawn Day to my favorite phighter: Hyperlaser! :D

Summary
In fact it had been about two weeks since he had seen Katana and it was beginning to bother him.
Hyperlaser had come to not enjoy going out to drink alone – not anymore. If he wanted to get drunk alone he could do that from the convenience of his own home. Still, here he was again.
Or
Hyperlaser and Katana are so gay that they manage to somewhat overcome their avoidance and communication issues. Emphasis on somewhat.Bookmarked by Octovii
