“Ok— okay?? Nothing about-‘bout this is okay !” Jaskier was standing now, hands aggressively — stressfully — waving around. “I-I just fucking came and pissed on you!”
The Witcher’s throat let out a little whimper subconsciously, unthinkingly. Jaskier paused, the silence brought a pounding to Geralt’s ears.
“Geralt?” Jaskier’s voice sounded calmer, but apprehensive, though curious.
Geralt simply grunted, still giving the bard his back, regardless of him being unable to see his face either way.
“Did you—now, tell me if I’m wrong here,” The bard spoke fast, anxiously. “ Gods let me not be wrong.” He took a breath in, pausing before asking the one question the Witcher wanted to avoid. “Did you like it?”
