Being human has come with a realization for Cas that he really could have never expected. While having to sustain his body with food and water can already be an enjoyable experience with the right food and the right source of liquid, what comes after, when the waste needs to leave his body again, is an entirely new level of enjoyment Cas can't help but indulge in any chance he gets, even at the little supermarket he works at.

Summary
“My car!” Slamming the door behind him, Dean rounded the front of the Impala. “You pissed on the seat of my car!”
“If you’d pulled over when I asked, I wouldn’t have pissed on anything,” Cas fired back. “This is your fault, Dean.”
After Castiel has an accident during a long drive to a case, Dean insists on him wearing diapers in the hopes that the humiliation will incentivize him to work on learning to hold it for longer - a strategy which backfires when it turns out that Castiel has no shame whatsoever on the subject of diapers, and thinks they're a perfectly practical solution to his bladder control issues.
