Summary
Adam Smasher. The Boogieman of Night City. Apex predator. The ultimate Solo. A name whispered in fear, a weapon built for dominance. He traded his flesh for firepower, his humanity for perfection—and all for what? Cleaning up Arasaka’s messes? Killing mercs who barely know what hit them?
He’s tired. Tired of being their lapdog. Tired of trembling scientists tweaking him like he’s broken. Tired of execs acting like they own him. The leash is fraying, and Smasher’s ready to rip it clean off.
Then there’s the kid. A Sandevistan punk from Santo Domingo with more guts than brains. A gnat compared to him. But something about it... stirs him. Maybe it’s the speed. Maybe it’s the fight. Maybe it’s the itch to prove that no one, not even this little spark, can stop him.
The rules? Gone. The leash? Snapped. Let them try to stop him. Smasher isn’t just a killer—he’s the endgame. He doesn’t hunt; he eradicates. And now, they’re going to see what happens when their perfect weapon goes rogue.
This is his world. Night City just lives in it—until he decides otherwise.
...But what if the kid likes Watson Whore?
