Steve looked up at Tony, it was the first he'd seen him since his incarceration. It felt weird that he had to look up at him because he barely reached his waist.
"Tony, what the fuck is going on?" He didn't usually curse but he felt like the situation was calling for it.
Tony was looking at him sternly, which used to be the other way around but the whole accords thing had shifted their dynamic enough that it wasn't unexpected. The words that followed on the other hand.
