“Holy shit,” the man breathes, gaping in shock, and for once in his life, Mike doesn’t need a trick to stop his loud mouth. For the first time, he’s truly struck dumb.
Because it’s him. Older, taller, and different, but it’s him.

They had found refuge in a hospital with other survivors trying to blend in and hide. However Lola’s found them and she’s not going to stop till she got her hands on Neil.
TL;DR: I wanted to write Andreil in the setting of “A Quiet Place”. Based solely on the game that came out not the movies. It’s also been living rent free after reading too many zombie apocalypse fics of them. Enjoy!

It was a warm day, or as others would say, a whimsical one at that. That said, you could probably tell that it was the season of cherry blossoms- basically spring. The sky was a milky blue, with the clouds hanging like pastel pink and orange cotton candy due to the sun casting hues. It was as if the sky were a soft blanket covering the earth.
Izuku dragged his feet along the dirt path, on his way home from school. The sun made his mind go fuzzy, and he dragged a hand across his face. He looked around, and spotted two trees, and he walked over to them, dropping himself on the base of the bigger tree.
As he took in the surroundings, he spotted a small pond- it was insanely clear, and it looked as if someone poured glitter on it from how much it was shining. The fish in the water were small, and the flowers and paddies floating on the surface were pretty enough to attract ones attention immediately.
Izuku looked at it for a while and then decided to take some pictures. He was into art, after all. What was the harm of trying to draw a small scenery? But little did Izuku know, this one decision to try out drawing was going to change his life.- Language:
