Shiroko and her remaining classmates are struggling to
keep their abandoned school afloat under the weight of a massive debt. Amid the desolate ruins and constant pressure from Kaiser Bank, the Foreclosure Group desperately brainstorms ways to earn money and survive. Word has spread about the situation in Kivotos; it is concerning the disappearance of the President of the General Student Council. However, hope is rekindled when they hear about a mysterious adult who will be replacing the President.
Meanwhile, the teacher is on a train heading to Kivotos, where he meets the missing President. She entrusts him with the responsibility of guiding students from various schools and hands him a tablet to assist him on his journey.
