Summary
Similar to Built to Break-Alternate ending, this story will be the same up to a certain point, and then switch into an alternate version. Chapter 25 is where small changes will begin, but Chapter 29 will be where it really splits. I would advise starting at Chapter 25.
If you have read the original, I have gone back and added some author's notes at the end of the chapters with some thoughts and insights you might enjoy, instead of rereading the whole thing... though I find that rereading it sometimes hits different when you know the ending will change.
Spoiler alert: Ilya will die.

Centuries later, you come into contact with him again. And this time, he doesn't plan on letting you take to the sky. Not like you want you, your fine with being a nomad anyways.
