Abby soon realized that, contrary to her previous conclusion, people did in fact use the library. Of course- she knew she wasn't the lone member of the WLF to frequent the dim and quiet space, she just didn't know people lingered.
It was the second night in a row that Manny had kicked her from the room.
That night, as she sauntered into the library, she sighed, looking up from her muddy boots–she’d clean them tomorrow on her day off– to see someone in a faded pink crew neck and loose cut off shorts stretched out onto the peeling futon. And that's where her theory about the vacancy of the WLF library was proven to be false.
And she never could have guessed how that night would change her...
