Pomni's been keeping an eye on him, and notices he's quieter than usual, even when they're all off on adventures together. After spending some time with Jax one evening, she spots him in the middle of one of his 'contemplation sessions', particularly in a place she can actually get to. So, like any good 'friend' would do, she goes to check on him.
