Immediately follows the battle between Deku and Lady Nagant in the story.
The kid came back a mess. He figured he'd be okay, with that great power and his training. The students at UA were no joke, he'd seen as much already. But kids have their limits, there are horrors they shouldn't ever have to face. It would be okay for them to keep those rose-tinted glasses on for a little longer.
Now he's just another youth with good intentions made to fight a war.
Like hell Hawks is going to stand for it.

Summary
For the most part, being reincarnated has been a riot.
Actual parents (and wasn't unconditional love a foreign concept!), being free of jujutsu society, not having to fight curses or clean up other people's messes... a dream come true, once he'd gotten over being ripped away from everything he had once held dear.
Oh, and his neighbour just so happens to be a reincarnated-ninja-turned-vigilante. Like Satoru said, an absolute riot.
