Izuku Midoriya wishes to be a hero, yet is mocked for it.
After all, in a world where over 80 percent of people have powers and he doesn't, that is an absurd dream. In another world the boy would be uplifted after All Might noticed his heroic spirit.
But, in truth, how easy it would be for a darker force to sink it's claws into Izuku's mind before that meeting? After all, cults often prey on souls filled with sadness and despair.
A heroic heart doesn't break easily. But a human mind can bend what it means to be "just".
(Humarise aligned villain Izuku AU. Or well, eventually, it's a pretty slow corrosion of who Izuku is. The fall itself will be the main plot. Just as stated in the tags, Izuku will be getting One for All here still.)
