Ichigo discovers himself to be an Omega, so Central Forty-Six leaps at the idea to bond Alpha and Omega together to prevent Aizen from destroying Soul Society, as he cannot pursue godhood if he is tied mentally, physically, and emotionally to Ichigo Kurosaki.
Oddly, Aizen seems to want this. Ichigo is less convinced, leading to them debating the merits of the solution.

Matt probably hates him.

The door fell open and only when Tartaglia felt Il Capitano’s hand tightening over his back, did he realize what he’d just showed him.
His nest occupied the central part of his room. it was large and overflowing with soft textures and objects that brought him comfort, such as Il Capitano’s life-size body-pillow, a smaller pillow with a cute version of Il Capitano, a rare copy of his Harbinger’s coat, and a dildo with ridges the size of Tartaglia’s forearm.
Tartaglia keened, wishing the Abyss opened up a portal under his feet right this instant and swallowed him up again.
