The next few years are difficult for Katsuki. He heads face first into puberty and it has him realizing a lot about himself. He likes boys. He specifically finds out he likes Denki when his little brother's face filters into his fantasies. Its shocking at first because they grew very close, like true brothers. He tries to deny it at first, but somehow all the guys he brings home to 'experiment' with all has some kind of likeness to his brother without him meaning to. Its scary but he keeps it to himself, tucks it deep deep down to not let anyone find out.
Or where Katsuki loves his little brother and tries to hide it. A mishap at a party that Katsuki gets to exploit but its all ok.

The third thing different about the twins were the collars around their neck. One is one and a half inches thick, black hard leather, and has a heavy metal ring attached to the front. The other one inch thick, soft white leather, and three small metal rings attached to the front.
