Summary
When Kazutora Hanemiya is saved from a miserable life of debt and poverty by a man that is as mysterious as he is handsome, he counts his lucky stars a tad too early. As it turns out, said-man is a higher-up from the Tokyo Public Safety Devil Hunters, and before long Kazutora finds himself stuck in a perpetual cycle of thrills, obeying orders and righteous slaughter in the better interest of the government. In his fundamental struggle for a shot at love he soon learns that things are not all they seem, and that the collar around his neck may very well be lined with spikes in place of velvet.
