Summary
In Zootopia, anyone can be anything.
It's also true for predators, as long as they wear their T.A.M.E collars, because as everymammal know, predators do, in fact, get savage.
It's been true for decades, since the creation of the city.
Secrets and lies, half truths and manipulations. In the midst of the storm stand a dedicated bunny and a cynical fox.- Language:

Summary
One year after Zootopia 2, Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps are put in charge of the newly expanded Inclusion Initiative, leading a group of recruits from distant biomes and divided backgrounds. As old prejudices clash and tensions rise, a coordinated string of crimes and threats begins challenging the sanctity of Zootopia to its core.
With a growing hate group determined to keep “lesser” mammals and reptiles out of Zootopia, Nick and Judy must hold their team together while navigating their own unresolved feelings. If they can’t learn to trust each other, everything they’ve built may fall apart.
