But trying to manage his overflowing feelings for his bandmate, he couldn't stop himself from writing another song only for Jun.
One song more honest than he had ever been.
Still, with the days passing and more and more lyrics filling the sheet over every little exchange with its muse, it didn't seem like the song would help Dylan to make any progress, especially when his words stayed carefully hidden inside of his head — and maybe his laptop.
So, he had never guessed there would be a way his song would actually reach Jun one day.

Jun knew he should have apologized. The night before, the actor had felt so damn tired, all he could think about was his bed and some huge bowl of instant noodles. The last straw was coming home to a stranger on his sofa. Storming into the living room, scowling at Dylan and his date, and slamming his door was inexcusable.

Mydei can feel his nails dig into his palm, blunt nails piercing his skin. “My father controls my relationships, it seems unnecessary.”
“Seems stressful, I’d say,” Hyacine's voice softens, “don’t you resent him?”
“After mother died, he’s been different,” Mydei impassively explains, “worried about issues of succession to his title and corporation, worried about preserving mother’s legacy. I can’t fault him for it as I loved my mother too.”
“Still this problem won’t go away, Mydei,” Hyacine implores with gentle insistence. She starts twirling her pen around, lost in thought. “What about a relationship that isn’t an omega?”
