Summary
Xie Lian lives a peaceful life, tending to the thrift shop he had accidentally inherited after running from the ruins of his family's criminal organisation. He tries very hard not to think about everyone he lost, and everyone who might still be trying to find him. For seven years it seems to work well. Everyone assumes Xie Lian had died in the fire which took the life of everyone he held dear. Until an unexpected encounter with Xie Lian’s cousin changes everything.

The man standing over him has eyes like knives, sharp and cold and black.
“There are no masks allowed in the Ghost Fortress, Heavenly Official,” he says. His voice is polite, but it too contains knives.
Hua Cheng can appreciate that. A blade is a blade is a blade. Sheathed or pressed to one’s neck, it is still just as sharp. There is no use pretending it is anything otherwise.
The man in front of him is a blade held up to Hua Cheng’s heart, though perhaps he does not know it yet.

Summary
Eddie doesn’t rush towards the mirror. He’s—apprehensive. This could be a very weird, very vivid dream. That’s the easiest answer, except he pinches himself and it does nothing but make his wrist smart. Not a dream he can wake himself up from like that, Eddie decides. After standing in the middle of the closet, Eddie cautiously makes his way towards the bathroom and the mirror.
It’s Buck. Of course, the person in the mirror is Buck.
Christopher is gone for the summer and Eddie is—aimless. Drifting. Everything is different, and he can't fix any of it, much less himself. He wishes he were different. Someone that doesn't have as much baggage, or misery, or so much empty time on his hands.
Naturally, he wakes up one morning as Buck.

They all sat in a fit of giggles before Chimney spoke again.

The team turned to face Buck who was standing at the ball return, his face blank as he stared at the lane.
“I just got a strike.” Buck’s voice was soft, and the team erupted in laughter.ooorrr ; eddie jokes that youre either good at bowling or good at sex and well buck just has to prove that theory wrong
