DJ Subatomic Supernova had truly just wanted to go for a stroll. A single calm evening not interrupted by paperwork or guitar swinging plutonians. But apparently that was too much to ask of the stars above. Just because he was charter did not mean that Nova was law enforcement. There was no need for him to interfere with minute street level disturbances in his district. So when he heard a crash and the start of a commotion he was already turning to walk the other way and let the proper authorities arrive. But then he heard a familiar voice.
"What are you looking at?! You got a problem??"
Neon J? It was hard to imagine the cyborg speaking so informally. And if he was involved in a fight it might be a fresh batch of "revolutionaries" not satisfied with the changes. So with a sigh Supernova started walking towards the ruckus.

“HELLO THERE UNSUPERVISED YOUNG PERSON!”
Chloe screamed. Where had this woman come from? Chloe’s fight-or-flight kicked in, but she was no fighter. Unfortunately in her shock the girl just ended up tripping over her own two feet. But before she could hit the ground, she felt herself being lifted up by her hoodie. Like a small kitten.
“Whoa there sport. Sorry about that, didn’t mean to scare you.” Said the woman who had practically jumped out of the bushes. “I was just excited to see a new face!”
Chloe was now being held at eye level with the woman. She was tall (although it didn’t take much to be taller than Chloe) with red hair and was wearing a park ranger uniform. Her name tag read TABES in all caps.
- - -After a chance meeting and a minor misunderstanding. Chloe Park finds herself as the newest member of the Local Poppy Ranger troop!

Summary
While a Zorua's disguise is only surface level, a Ditto copies another down to the genetic level. Some say a particularly skilled Ditto can be indistinguishable from the original even through harsh scrutiny, though few have tested this claim. Rei is one of those particularly skilled Ditto, apparently, since they somehow managed to fool Arceus itself with their disguise. This is not, in Rei's opinion, a good thing.
(aka Rei is a Ditto who was mistaken for Lucas and sent back in time in his place)
