Summary
Alhaitham loves Kaveh. He's been familiar with his feelings for a long time.
Kaveh's in love with Alhaitham, but doesn't know it, yet. What else he doesn't know that Alhaitham is slightly aware about it. He's seen enough to make conclusions.
And it makes his heart ache every time Kaveh accuses him for doing something that he thinks Alhaitham does to hurt him.
And there's why he decides to help Kaveh to realize that his actions always have had an opposite intentions.

Summary
Kaveh always has been feeling like the universe has been playing pranks on him. With everything that's happened to him, who would have thought otherwise? But he never thought of it as the universe's trying to steer him in the right direction. Life doesn't give us the people we want, it gives us the people we need. They hurt us, teach us, to turn us into what we should become.
And Alhaitham was that person to him. So many words have slipped from his lips that he shouldn't have said at all, but it only was for Kaveh's sake. Kaveh just needs some more time to realize it.

Summary
First thing Alhaitham feels as soon as he wakes up is that both of his hands are tied up to headboard above his head, and weight’s leaning on his left leg. He tries to move his hands, but ropes around his wrists are tightened good enough not to bruise him and not let him free himself. Tugging on his legs, he finds out that his lower limbs are also tied up to the bedposts.
“What the…” he mumbles, but the answer appears in front of his eyes instantly.
“Oh, finally, you’re awake,” Kaveh finishes the last knot on Alhaitham’s ankle and climbs up, straddling Alhaitham's hips.
“What are you doing?” Alhaitham asks, sighing.
“Someone was so busy lately that he forgot to pay me attention,” Kaveh crawls up to Alhaitham's neck, and licks from his Adam’s apple to his jaw, making Alhaitham suck a deep breath. “So I’m going to take what I want."

"At least I don't have to work myself to death just to get a smile from a client."
A loud smack pierces the air.
Alhaitham feels a burnings sensation blooming on his right cheek, and for once in a long while there're real emotions on his face.
Kaveh clenches his palm to ease unpleasant burning, pressing his arm closer to his chest.
"I..." he stutters. "Alhaitham, I'm sorry..."
Alhaitham doesn't say anything. His gaze slides away from Kaveh, his face once again doesn't show any emotions, he blankly stares at the wall behind him, his irises are running back and forth as if he's thinking about something.
And then he just leaves.

Alhaitham blinked, taken aback, and rushed to lower his eyes back to his book.
"I think I saw one or two wrinkles."
"What?!" Kaveh finally looked at him, but Alhaitham was already deep in his book. "Liar, I don't have them."
"Sure, you're not."
"Archons, what the heck is wrong with you?" Kaveh mumbled as if he was annoyed, but Alhaitham never noticed how the corners of his lips went little up, meaning he knew what exactly was wrong.
