Summary
Roboute Guilliman was a normal college student that didn’t stand out much and hadn't had much going on in his life. He wasn’t popular, athletic or handsome or whatever. He was just an ordinary person going about his day until he got home where his sister would bombard him about the trashy novels she had been into. Way tooo into them if you asked him, at this rate he will have a degree in omegaverse before an actual degree in accounting and finance. He had asked why she didn’t talk about this with her other friends but she is just like there’s things that are only said inside the house.
AKA Guilliman internally confused screaming to everything and somehow things got turned around in his favour but he still think everyone's out to get his ass

Summary
In the distant, broken future, the Regent of the Imperium is given a chance to fix... everything.
A shame the Emperor is not intact or sane enough to fully explain how it works.
Back in the past, Roboute finds himself with a universe to fix and but one young set of hands to do it with. It will take a few tries to get it right. He cannot do it alone. Fortunately, he isn't meant to do it alone.

After setbacks from every corner: from the hardware to the software to the political, Five Pebbles is finally online. The Administrators can rest, the Engineers can toil at their leisure, the Citizens can continue ignoring the new god beneath their feet, and the Iterators can get to know their newest member.
This, naturally, immediately veers sideways.
