Summary
Rose is too busy caring for her father and younger sister to consider marriage at the moment. So when the baron’s son begins showing interest, his affection is of no concern to her. At least, until it becomes suffocating. But escaping his attention during a daring rescue up a mountain merely lands her inside of another prison. Not sure whether she’ll make her escape or even last the winter, Rose is trapped between shutting out her captor using any means necessary and befriending a beast in order to survive.
