    Dreams rot in the hearts of pirates who never found a reason to chase the horizon.

    Then something happens.

    In one such world, deep in the Grand Line, a strange object crashes onto the deck of a rundown pirate ship — an old, rusted projector, with no cords, no light source, and a cracked lens. No one knows where it came from.

    Then, it flickers to life.

    They watch.

    They watch him stretch his arms into the sky, scream in the face of gods, burn ships, defy fate.
    They watch him laugh. Break. Bleed. Win.

    And they ask themselves:

    "Who was he?"
    "Why didn’t we have him?"
    "Why does it hurt to remember someone who never existed?"
