Summary
After getting completely fed up of witnessing the abuse at the hands of the Dursleys, Minerva McGonagall takes it in her stride to raise Hari Potter instead. Naturally, when raised at Hogwarts itself from as young as 5, Hari grows up loved and knowing all about his parents and about magic. As he grows up, facing challenges at Hogwarts and battling it out against Lord Voldemort and his followers, Hari learns the true meanings of love, family and, most of all, magic.

After the Battle of Hogwarts and the end of the war, Harry, Ron, Hermione, et al decide to get on with the business of living life from Grimmauld Place. "Fuck, what are you doing here?"
Regulus looks around, maybe he is expecting to see one or more of the mauraders, or a girl? People do things in empty classrooms right? Not James, but people? Regulus' wand is still trained on James.
"Reading", its the only explanation he can give. He raises his book as if he needs to prove himself.
Regulus looks at him for a moment, maybe trying to decide if he's being truthful or maybe taking in James disheveled appearance.
"What's wrong with you?"
No answer, because James doesn't have one.
"Are you okay?" He raises an eyebrow, voice dripping with disdain.
James wilts, he tries to say that he's fine, but the words won't come. He chokes back a sob and manages.
"I don't know."
