Summary
The assassin that got on the train wasn't anything special....or at least, they weren't any more special than the rest of the treasure hunters on board. They started acting pretty weird, though, and as time went on, it only got weirder.
Krieg didn't know what to make of them. Neither of him did. Frankly, he had no clue what the assassin's problem was, and he wasn't about to ask. Both because....well....he couldn't, and because he wasn't sure he wanted to know.
Maybe one day the answer would come to him, maybe it wouldn't. Oh well.
This is a companion piece to Lucky 7. Essentially, it's that whole chain of events starting from the train, but from Krieg's point of view.

Summary
There were many things about humans and their various behaviors that puzzled Fl4k. They'd given up on trying to understand a lot of them. Things like mating rituals and the use of various substances to induce intoxication were both things where, even if they asked, all they got were vague non answers or conflicting answers.
But, after the Heist of the Handsome Jackpot, they and their pack were sifting through loot, and amongst Freddie's things, they found something curious. A modification that claimed to allow robots to utilize drugs and alcohol along with humans.
Perhaps they could finally figure out for themself why humans enjoyed intoxication so much

Summary
Kingdoms rise and fall for the want of a nail. Shimura Danzo doesn’t want a kingdom of his own – he wants the village for which he sacrifices everything to thrive. Tsume just wants to be wanted, and finds herself collecting a kingdom of strays, from a newborn Kakashi abandoned at birth by his mother, to a naked 3 year old Naruto seeking refuge in Tsume’s dog kennels in the dead of winter, and a cranky old man named Danzo.
(Madara started it. Tsume regrets nothing, even if her taste is questionable. Danzo regrets himself into becoming a decent human being. Well, somewhat decent.)
