Summary
When Remy has an accident with his powers, Cerebro picks up on his location and the X men come a knocking. Not feeling like he has too much choice, Remy agrees to go with them to try and wrangle some control.
But Remy and these new rules arent going to work well, and that pent up frustration is going to lead him to befrending some people that the X Men would rather him avoid.

Dozens of missions to oversee, apprentices to train, reports to read, heists to plan, assassins to keep watch over— nothing Jean Luc can’t handle. He does it mechanically, without complaint; his people depend on him, after all. So he files paperwork away, takes notes and gives orders, and tries his best not to look at the family photos that haunt the wall.
