Summary
The atmosphere surrounding the campfire was quite unusual. Hours no, possibly an entire day had passed since anyone was initiated into a trial. Some survivors took the time to group up and head out deeper into the woods to gather more offerings in preparation 'Just in case'. Meanwhile, a few others took the time to appreciate the calming yet, anxiety inducing situation. One of these survivors would be a man by the name of Jeff Johansen.
((I always wondered how a friendship between Nea & Jeff would play out. I feel like this story started off good, but then it got a bit too goofy towards the end. I had fun writing it though.))
