  Summary

  Summary

A storm descends upon the city, but the rain is not the only thing washing through Artful's mind.

After yet another act of destruction carried out at Devesto's side, a single photograph forces Artful to confront the weight of everything he has done—and the person he has become.

He has spent so long hiding behind an elegant mask that he can no longer remember what lies beneath it.

Perhaps the curtain was never meant to fall on the stage.

Perhaps it was meant to fall on him.

And perhaps, in the darkness beyond the final act, two broken souls might still find something worth holding on to.

  Summary

When Mequot walks into Devesto’s room at noon, he expects the usual chaos from his reckless, chaotic friend. Instead, he finds a thoroughly wasted Devesto, stripped of his usual malicious armor and practically begging for touch. Despite Mequot's own frail, impaled condition, he soon finds himself giving in to the unexpected heat—and taking absolute control of the madman who usually pushes every boundary.
