    Rebecca "Becky" Wheeler doesn't pay much attention to Hawkins until Will Byers disappears. Mike starts acting strange and eventually listens to his friends about telling Becky ( since she's more keen in keeping his secrets ) and takes her to their basement where he's hiding a girl with a shaved head. He calls her Eleven. He says she's running from bad people and might know what happened to Will. Becky helps the kids and the girl keep their secret and watches the town change in ways she can't explain.
