After suffering an accident, Nesta is transported to another world. While only a day passes in Prythian since her accident, 84 years pass for Nesta. During those years, Nesta becomes convinced that Prythian was just a dream from her childish mind. She becomes the director of the Houston hospital, a renowned surgeon and neonatologist. Nesta travels, dances, and lives her life to the fullest, achieving everything she sets her mind to.
However, at the moment she is dying of old age, she wakes up again in Prythian. Now, Nesta must confront the confusion of not knowing which life was real and which was a dream.
