It’s such a strange thing to say. DIO’s name doesn’t belong in this crowded classroom, stuffed in with Jotaro’s sighing classmates and ancient textbooks. The word doesn’t even belong in Kakyoin’s mouth; the Kakyoin Jotaro knew wasn’t one for trite sentiments. He has to know that Jotaro didn’t kill DIO for him. He didn’t even do it for his mother or his grandfather, even if the two of them were what propelled him towards the fight. He did it for himself.
"He really pissed me off," Jotaro says.

Summary
Jotaro spent more time than he was comfortable with thinking about Stands. He knew people his age wished for the simpler time of their childhood, dreaming of days when they didn’t have to worry about work or taxes. But for him, on top of taxes and grad school, he had to worry about things like wondering if Stands could send people to alternate realities. He was so sure he was in one, after all, when he passed by the bookstore and saw a poster of Kakyoin on the front window.
(Rohan really needs to learn when and where to use Heaven's Door.)

Kakyoin felt like he had been electrocuted. He opened and closed his mouth for several seconds before he managed to summon words. “A baby? The important mission is to babysit? While there’s a murderer running around?”
“Babysitting implies a short-term job consisting of only a few hours. You’ll be more like a nanny. This will be long-term, and you’ll live with them.”
Kakyoin scoffed. “This is an insult!”
The director looked vaguely annoyed. “I have no doubt that this may be one of the hardest missions you have ever had.”
“Look, I get that she's a stand user, but how is looking after a baby my hardest mission yet?”
“Because the invisible baby is just the tip of the iceberg. You will also be looking after Dr. Kujo’s daughter.”
