As his life fades from his wounded body, Father Pucci activates the Universal Reset, and he thinks that finally. FINALLY. He can catch a break.

Summary
After his first humiliating defeat at the bloodstained hands of the machine, Gabriel suffers the ultimate shame for an angel. To be stripped of the father's holy light is the ultimate consequence.
Enraged, Gabriel travels to the layer of heresy to face down the machine. But his perfect hatred is not enough.
At this point, Gabriel should have picked himself up and gone on a killing spree in the kingdom of heaven.
But instead, Gabriel finds himself growing weak as he bleeds out. The light had run out. Gabriel can feel the life fading from his now fragile body, but the only thing on his mind was the utter disgrace at his final loss.
