Summary
When Mabel the beaver pilot takes her experimental human-disguise suit into the bustling streets of San Fransokyo to retrieve a stolen forest artifact, her internal Emotions face an impossible challenge: controlling complex human limbs using an emotion console designed strictly for dam-building and foraging.
Things spiral out of control when Baymax identifies the suit as a human experiencing a severe neurological crisis. Hiro tries to assist, but every attempt to help triggers Mabel's instinctual defense mechanisms. Inside Headquarters, Joy and Anger accidentally lock the suit into "Dam Mode," causing it to tear down city infrastructure and build a massive barricade across the San Fransokyo bay. Hiro and Baymax must figure out how to debug a robot that thinks like a beaver, while the Emotions work to restore control before the city's power grid is swept downstream.
