A continuation of the Pursuit of Happiness Series.
A scene set shortly after the engagement, where Lizzie and Darcy are both dumb idiots (almost) in love who still have a few feelings to work through. Tooth-rotting fluff.
Inspired by a tiktok that said Darcy is a simp, and because I love slow burn so Lizzie is *almost* in love but not quite.

For a moment, she thinks she must be dreaming, and then ––
“Elizabeth,” her name whispered so quietly she nearly thinks she imagined it.
Her mouth drops open in silent shock. Another beat passes.
He’s still there.
Elizabeth throws herself back from the window, landing heavily on the cold wooden floor. Mr. Darcy. In her back garden. Unannounced. At night. In her garden!
She wraps her arms around herself in surprise, before starting again at the realization that she was only wearing a shift. “Oh my ––”

A story in which Wanda learns to heal from her trauma, accidentally builds herself a happy-ending, and falls in love with Vision. Incidentally, Wanda helps the rest of the team heal from their own trauma, too.
