Summary: Fox Mulder is a clinical psychologist at a prestigious hospital, known for his unconventional methods. While his peers often criticize his unorthodox tactics, his remarkable success rate with patients makes it difficult for hospital administrators to challenge his approach.
Dana Scully, a young and exceptionally talented trauma physician, recently joins the same hospital. Having graduated at the top of her class and completed a year of practice at Stanford Hospital, she relocates to Washington, D.C., seeking to be closer to her family and for more personal reasons.

Dana Scully is a dedicated fan and listener, so much so that she is one of Mulder's patrons on Patreon and often comments on his posts on Twitter and Reddit, offering her skeptical opinion. She is, however, anonymous to him, going by the username Anonymous_Skeptic and having a blank profile picture.
But when Mulder gives her a shout out on his most recent episode, she plucks up the courage to actually introduce herself, even if it is only over Twitter.
