Summary
21-year-old Ashton Shinozaki was a normal civilian who wanted nothing more than to become a professional chef, to fulfill his dreams of owning a restaurant and to ease his elder brother's burdens in financially supporting their father and themselves. He had a mostly normal life, and it wasn’t all that great in Ninajgo City, but he at least had a job and a place to stay.
Everything turns upside down for him when he is hunted down by the Sons of Garmadon, and he doesn't know what they want with him. He believes they're just some underground criminal organization, but when he finds out the reason they want him, it scares him to no end.
He would have to face his Oni Heritage, the part of himself that he kept hidden for so long for his and his family's safety, and he had to get along with the Green Ninja, or at least until he no longer had to go in hiding.
