Summary
Oliver and Connor had worked together on a few cases. Often when Lieutenant Hank Anderson and Lieutenant Linkon Starr collaborated on said cases. One of Oliver’s missions was to assist Connor in any way, and keep him safe. But it ended up becoming more than just his mission.
