Summary
This is a random fic I wrote a while ago crossing my two obsessions. Forewarned it is unfinished and will probably stay that way. Sorry if it doesn’t make sense, I made up a bunch of random lore. Stuff to know; Regina is half Israeli in this, she was in a child marriage in Israel until Mike saved her and brought her to America where she was taken in by Gibbs and eventually she found her way to Storybrooke. This is set in season one of OUAT but there’s no magic. Graham shows up dead and the NCIS team show up to help solve it. Don’t ask why McGee and Ruby are flirting, just go with it.
