Summary
This fic came to my mind because I just imagined Goose and Carole are busy with something last minute and need Pete to watch Bradley for the day and so he touts him around base and acts all sweet and parental and doesn't notice at all that the entire base is making bedroom eyes at him. Like that scene from Suicide Squad with Harley Quinn when she doesn't understand why everyones stopped and staring... Like Mav honey its because you're a Catch and seeing you with a little kid or laughing out at bar has short circuited their brains. He doesn't notice them though because he only has heart eyes for Iceman though :) Now its evolved to a somewhat linear slice of life fic of Mav realizing he's in love
Also it is A/B/O but in the way that Omegas aren't inferior, but treated more like trophies. Mav wants to be (Iceman's) trophy husband but will absolutely refuse to give up flying. Good thing Ice is willing to do anything to make sure Pete can stay in the air all he wants.
