Summary
Rosie tells him she will be receiving a visitor.

Alastor comes anyway—out of curiosity, out of habit, out of something far less reasonable. What he finds is a familiar kind of violence, performed with practiced grace… and the realization that his arrangement with Rosie was never meant to remain simple.

Summary
“ALASTOR!”, Rosie’s voice rang out, sharp and cutting through the silence. She took a shaky breath, then continued in a higher pitch, feigned with pain and fury: “How could you … betray me like this?!”
Alastor was frozen in place. Not by fear, not by embarrassment, but by the sheer absurdity of the situation. What was this?! An accusation? A performance? He opened and closed his mouth in confusion as his brain desperately tried to process what the fuck was happening.---
Rosie decides the best way to get back at Alastor for breaking their contract is a dramatic, public breakup.

Summary
They’ve been drinking, and it’s been a while, and Rosie isn’t exactly lonely but it’s a near thing. She’s going to have to do something about this sooner rather than later to keep from absolutely losing her mind.
“Now, sugar,” she warns him, roughly, not unkindly, an animal growl low in her throat, “don’t go starting things you won’t finish.”
