Summary
The bill to open Yokohama—and the rest of Japan—to mutual exchange has finally passed after hundreds of years. Despite their differing worldviews, both sides agree that cooperation will bring benefits.
However, due to skepticism among many Heroes and Yokohama citizens alike, the government has proposed a test run.
Each side will send trusted members for a tour and observation.
Yokohama requested adult Heroes, as they’ll be interacting with broader society. Japan, on the other hand, requested young Ability Users who will be entering U.A.
With three major factions in Yokohama, each agreed to send two representatives, each harboring their own interests:
The Port Mafia, the Armed Detective Agency, and the Hunting Dogs—the representatives of the Special Abilities Division—have formed a temporary alliance, cooperation veiled with hidden blades and forced smiles.As for the chosen representatives?

Harry has met many strange people throughout his life. Giants, goblins, centaurs, but none are as strange as Percy Jackson. Don’t get him wrong, Percy is not the bad kind of strange... but as Harry would put it; he is an odd individual. However, more than that he is one of the kindest, most loyal and maybe even funniest people Harry's ever met. Harry considers him one of his best friends. Actually, looking back, Percy was one of the first friends Harry made at Hogwarts.

Summary
The Order of the Phoenix receives some strange books that might help them with Voldemort.

He was certain they had not been there when he'd left his office and no one was allowed into the office without his knowledge. Even an owl would have alerted the wards around his office, he would've felt the package enter the room. And yet there was nothing. What would have been fascinating at any other time was quite daunting with Voldemort on the loose. If the Death Eaters could send things to Dumbledore...have them placed in his office without the Headmaster knowing.
Albus drew his wand, casting spells from the doorway to ensure the object could be approached. Only once it was clear that the package was safe, he walked near enough to read what was written on the label that was facing the ceiling.
