In all honesty, Cale had intended to keep the thoughtless promise to On that he would be there when she woke up from her nap. After all, he’s not such trash that he would lie to a child, a sick one no less. Yet here he was. A liar, apparently.
‘What did I do to deserve this.’ Was all Cale could think as he stared at the stone wall ahead of him. The chains on his wrists were awfully tight.
OR
Cale and Hong are snatched away while looking after On who had fallen sick that morning. With a sick kitten and now two of their own taken, the rest of the group are finally pushed beyond the edge of rationality and decide excessive violence is the only promising solution.

It was only a matter of time before tragedy struck Class 2-A. Being heroes in training at a prestigious school such as UA has put a large target on each student’s back, even brighter now with the Symbol of Peace retired.

When two of their classmates are injured, the class is thrown into a worried frenzy. While wounds heal, regular high school drama and crack ensues and possibly a hint of blooming romance.

Summary
Eridian brains shut down completely when they sleep, that’s why they watch over each other during their sporadic sleep cycles. There’s absolutely no activity going on in there, except for the individual worker organisms going around and fixing things up. Eridian’s brains “reactivate” once their bodies are good and ready to wake up, and not earlier. The point is, they don’t experience anything remotely similar to human dreams.
So, how do I explain nightmares to someone who literally cannot dream?

OR, Ryland Grace is more deeply affected by their experiences with life and death than he lets on... at least while awake. As his and Rocky's mission progresses, sleep becomes something Grace dreads, for fear of what his unconscious mind will put him through. Basically a hurt/comfort fic of Zanka’s painful recovery from the toxins that Jabber hit him with.

Summary
Letting out a quiet breath, Kakahira crouched down and picked up the hat. The straw felt rough under his fingers, the edges frayed from battles and hardships he could only read through reports and the World Economy Newspaper. He hesitated again, glancing at Luffy, who watched him through heavy-lidded eyes that shined with something Kakahira refused to look into deeper.
“Don’t make me regret this,” Kakahira muttered, stepping closer and holding the hat out to him. Luffy didn’t speak, but his gaze lingered on Kakahira, sharp and unyielding, before shifting down to the hat.
When Luffy didn’t move—his hands still bound by the seastone shackles—Kakahira leaned forward and carefully placed the hat on the pirate captain’s head. It settled awkwardly, tilted at an angle, but it belonged there, as if some unspoken balance had been restored.
Kakahira is the lieutenant of the Horizons Wrath. This obviously means its up to him to see his men out of harms way when the captain makes the worst decision of all time: capturing two members of the Straw Hat crew. Visiting the prisoners is just apart of that.
