Chance took in the sight in front of him. Their stomach dropped at the amount of blood that surrounded the stiff body leaning against the wall. Elliot’s clothes were soaked with red and some splatters had even gone onto his hair, which had been messed up as if a rat tried to make a nest out of it. Beneath the hair his cheeks looked wet and there was blood dripping down the corner of his mouth. Seeing him in such a vulnerable state like this, it stripped Chance of any confidence they had left in them.
