“Where are we going?” I asked, letting my body go compliant to wherever Ced was leading me,
“We’re just taking a break,” The tall brunette whispers, holding eye contact for just a second before continuing his trudging speed away from the ball. I follow wordlessly, attempting to keep up with Cedric despite my skin tight dress and heels.
We walk hand in hand for a few quiet moments before Ced takes a solid grip on my palm, pulling me under a small confined place beneath a stairwell.
“I just wanted you to myself for a second, yeah?” Cedric says into my neck, our bodies pressing together, so much so that I can feel every shallow breath he takes.
