Witch. That's what people from your village had begun to whisper about you. You didn't know why, you never did anything to harm them, why did they hate you now so much?
It was snowing, so genlty, as if the weather didn't care what was happening to you. The tears that began to form in your eyes started to freeze.
You didn't think twice. Taking your savior's words as advice, and fully aware of how foolish this was, you ran toward the edge of the woods.
