Summary

Too bad she can’t remember a thing about what came before the Conclave. The only thing she knows is that however this incarnation of herself was resurrected, she was brought back wrong.

After being thrust into Thedas some years prior, Maeve has whittled out a modest life in the valleys of the Redcliffe farmlands. When she stumbles across the body of a near-death elf, the trajectory of her life begins to undergo yet another drastic upheaval.
An exploration of spirits/emotions, fate, mythos, music and herbalism, drawing from various Earth cultures. Beginning around 16 months prior to the Conclave with some flashbacks to ~3 years pre Inquisition, and following through a mostly canon timeline thereafter. MGIT, but focusing more on displacement and belonging as concepts (character unaware of events).

As more cake is always a good thing, here is another piece of Modern Girl in Thedas. We are looking deeper into Pride Demons, from its brief apparition as Inquisition's first "mini-boss" to whatever went wrong in Kinloch Circle Tower.

With the Anchor and blinding urge to come back home, she navigates through friendship with Inquisitor Trevelyan and tries to save Fen'Harel from himself.
Wouldn't be that funny if she called herself Harell, too?Yet, Ann had to fight twice as hard to adapt and learn, trying not to lose herself in the process.
